8. Course Transfers

Course transfers are generally not permitted once enrolment has been confirmed.

Requests for transfer may be considered only on humanitarian grounds and are subject to review and approval by Plutus Education's management. Any such approval is granted at the sole discretion of the Company, is assessed on a case-by-case basis, and shall not create a precedent or entitlement in respect of any other request.

9. Refund Policy — Pass the Exam or Get Money Back

This guarantee applies only to courses explicitly labeled with this offer and is subject to the conditions below. To be eligible for a refund, the student must fulfil all of the following conditions:

Attendance:

• Maintain more than 90% attendance in live classes.

Mock Test & Evaluation:

• Eligibility to appear for the ACCA mock exam is at the sole discretion of Plutus Education, based on faculty and academic mentor evaluation. Such approval does not imply satisfaction of the 85% score requirement.
• If the student does not pass the ACCA exam, they must have achieved an average score of at least 85% across all internal full mock tests conducted by Plutus Education to qualify for a refund.
• Failure to meet the 85% average internal mock score will result in no refund, irrespective of ACCA exam performance.

Projects:

• All faculty-assigned projects must be submitted and approved.

Refund Timeline:

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 8–15 working days after verification.

No other cancellations, withdrawals, or refunds shall be permitted. Plutus Education's decision regarding eligibility shall be final and binding.

10. Visa Application Support

Plutus Education does not provide support, documentation, sponsorship, or assistance of any kind in connection with visa applications or any other immigration or travel-related process. Students are solely responsible for their own visa, immigration, and travel arrangements, and the outcome of any such application shall have no bearing on the student's obligations under these terms, including payment obligations.

11. ACCA Student Data Sharing

By enrolling in an ACCA program with Plutus Education, you acknowledge and agree that relevant student data may be shared with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) for the purpose of providing the ACCA Results Service and related academic administration.

Such data will be shared only to the extent required for this purpose and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plutus Education, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our site and services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the site, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
