BPSC Officer Salary Slip
The salary slip for every month is generated that can be downloaded from a dedicated portal. The components added in the salary slip of BPSC officers are:
- Basic Pay
- Dearness Allowances
- Transport Allowances
- House Rent Allowance
- PF & pension fund deductions
At the time of joining the service, the Dearness Allowances component is zero but after every year the same is increased in some proportion as per the norms of the government.
BPSC Officer In-Hand Salary
The in-hand or take-home salary of a BPSC officer is calculated after the deduction of the provident fund, pension fund and other deductions. The PF is deducted as per the government norms and it comprises both the employer and employee share. The PF contribution is credited to a PF account on a monthly basis. The in-hand salary or net salary of BPSC officers can be calculated using the formula:
In-Hand (net) Salary = Monthly Gross Salary – Income Tax Deductions – Employee PF – Other Deductions
