Uttam App - Coal Quality Monitoring App, Its Objectives, Features & More Facts and Figures for UPSC Exam!

The UTTAM App for Coal Quality Monitoring was introduced in April 2018 by Shri Piyush Goyal, Union Minister for Railways and Coal. It was developed by the Ministry of Coal and Coal India Limited (CIL) to allow all citizens and coal consumers to monitor the process of Third Party Sampling of coal across CIL subsidiaries.
