The Indian Army has released a notification for the recruitment of Agniveers in the Indian Army. The Indian Army Agniveer recruitment process consists of 3 steps i.e. Physical Fitness and Physical Measurement test, Medical Test and Written Test which is the common Entrance Examination (CEE). Indian Army Agniveer Physical Fitness Test

- Passing the Physical Fitness Test is mandatory.

Indian Army Agniveer Physical Measurement Standards- Female
The female applicants must fulfill the following height and weight requirements to be eligible for recruitment:
- Minimum height: 162 cm
- Minimum weight: Proportionate to height

Tattoo Specifications
The candidates are advised to see if they can have a tattoo on their body or not as per the notification issued. The details of who can have tattoo are given below:
- Candidates belonging to tribal communities/from tribal areas, as declared by the Government of India Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes are permitted to have permanent body tattoos on any part of the body, as per existing customs and traditions. They will be eligible for selection only after producing “Self Certification Certificate”, “Certificate of belonging to a tribal community and permissibility of permanent body tattoo”.
- Permanent body tattoos are permitted on the following body parts only i.e “Inner face of forearms i.e. from inside of the elbow to the wrist of both the hands” and “Reverse side of the palm/back (dorsal) side of both hands”, for which a candidate will be required to sign a Self Certification Certificate
- Any candidate with a permanent body tattoo(s) on any part of the body other than that specified will not be eligible for enrolment into the armed forces.
