Relaxation on Age Limit in Rajasthan Police Constable Eligibility 2025
- Age Relaxation Provision is also provided. The reserved category candidates seek age relaxation in such a way that
- The SC /ST / OBC/ Sharia category candidates and women candidates of the general category will get relaxation in upper age up to 05 years.
- Women candidates of SC /ST / OBC/ Sharia category will get relaxation in upper age up to 10 years.
- If a candidate is a State Govt employee the candidate will get the upper age relaxation for up to 03 years.
- In the case of an Ex-Serviceman, Candidates up to 42 years can apply.
Note: According to Rule-11(3) of Rajasthan Police Subordinate Services Rules, 1989, a relaxation of one year has been provided to all the candidates in the upper age limit.

Procedure to Apply for Caste Certificate Online 2025
To apply for age relaxation you are expected to have a caste certificate. Follow the process mentioned below in case you don't have a caste certificate. At present only a few state governments only offer online applications to apply for caste certificates. You can also use Testbook Photocropping Tool to resize an image.
To apply caste certificate online you should visit the respective state's Official Backward Class Welfare Department portal and follow the below procedure:
- Click on the link "Apply for Caste Certificate Online"
- Create a new account in the portal or you can fill out the online application form
- Once your account is created, login into the portal using the username and password
- Fill all required details in an online form such as your address, contact details, personal details, local reference details etc.
- Verify all the details you have filled in the online form and click on submit button once you agree to the terms and conditions
- Once you have submitted you are supposed to click on the type of document you want to upload
- Upload the scanned copies of documents after the documents are uploaded, click on "Submit" button
- Once submitted, then you will get an acknowledgement slip along with the application number.
- You can take a printout of the acknowledgement slip or save it offline. Also, save the application number to check the application status.
- After the verification process is completed, you can directly download the caste certificate from the portal. You may also get an email / SMS once the process is done.
You can check the application status on the portal itself. On the same portal click on the "Check Caste Certificate Status" link. You need an application number for that.
