UGC NET Application Fee Important Points
The application fee the UGC NET examination can be paid through online mode only. Read the instruction below to get the detailed instructions:
- Candidate can use a Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Paytm to make the payment through the payment gateway on the official website of the National Testing Agency (NTA). For paying the UGC NET examination fee online the additional processing charges on debit/credit card will also be debited from the account balance.
- Submit the UGC NET application fee by making a payment online via SBI /HDFC /Syndicate/ICICI Payment Gateway with your Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking/Paytm).
- The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form will be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of fee, then the candidate may have to approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway (in the helpline number and e-mail given in the Information Bulletin) for ensuring the successful payment or for obtaining the refund of duplicate / multiple payments.
- If the payment status is not OK, it means the transaction is cancelled and the amount will be refunded to concerned credit/debit card within a week. Such candidates have to pay the fee once again.
- Don't forget to keep a copy of the proof of fee payment with you.
- It is important to note that the UGC NET application fee is submitted by any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. will be rejected.
- The Application fee is non-refundable and must be paid before the deadline to avoid any delays or issues with your application.
