IBPS Clerk 2025: Percentage Calculation Guidelines
Candidates must calculate their graduation percentage as per the standard method defined by IBPS. The percentage should be derived by dividing the total marks obtained in all subjects across all semesters/years by the aggregate maximum marks and then multiplying the result by 100. This applies regardless of whether the university awards class/grade based only on honours marks.
- If your score is 59.99%, it will be considered less than 60%; similarly, 54.99% is treated as less than 55%.
- For CGPA/OGPA-based results, convert your grade to a percentage using your university’s official conversion formula.
- You must submit documentary proof of the conversion method during document verification.
IBPS Clerk 2025 Credit History Requirement
Candidates selected for IBPS Clerk 2025 must maintain a healthy credit history at the time of joining the participating banks. Although this is not a mandatory condition while applying, it becomes essential during the final appointment process. A minimum credit score, as per the respective bank’s policy, will be considered.
- If your CIBIL or similar agency report reflects any adverse status, you must either get it corrected or submit NOCs from concerned lenders.
- Failure to do so may lead to withdrawal or cancellation of the job offer.
- This clause does not apply to candidates who do not hold any bank account.
