UP Police SI Selection Process 2025

The UP Police SI Selection Process is formulated by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Board to recruit candidates who can fit in policing roles. Candidates should fulfill the minimum requirements to crack the selection process of UP Police Sub-Inspector Post. The UP Police SI is of four stages, Written, PST and Document verification, PET and medical test. The candidates who qualify are entitled to a good salary. 

UP Police SI Medical Test

Apart from qualifying the PST and PET tests, candidates must ensure they have good physical health and sound mind as it is the most important thing required for policing roles for the post of Sub Inspector. The medical test is conducted by a team of doctors recommended by the UP Recruitment Board. Read below to know the test that is conducted to analyze the candidate’s physical attributes.

• Eyes test ( sight + color blindness) (For Eye Sight- Minimum distant vision should be 6/6 and 6/9 of both eyes without glasses. Candidates must not squint in the eyes.)

• Hands and Legs without any major problems ( Barefoot must be seen).

UP Police SI Medical Test - Physical Standard Test (PST)

In the UP Police SI Medical Test, the candidate’s Physical Standards are tested like physical norms such as Height, Chest & Weight.
