The UP Police SI Selection Process is determined by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Board to recruit candidates of high calibre. UP Police SI Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The UP Police selection process comprises of Written Test, Documentation, Physical Standards Test, Computer Typing Test, & Shorthand Test.
Stage I - Online Written Exam 2025
The written examination will be an online-based objective-type paper for 400 marks in total.
Stage II - Document Verification & Physical Standards Test 2025
In this stage, candidates will have to provide all the documents they were required to upload at the time of registration. The candidate’s physical measurements will be tested by the board.
Stage III - Computer Typing Test & Stenography Test
Candidates found successful in scrutiny of records and physical standard test will appear in computer typing test of qualifying nature. The candidates who passed Computer Typing will be eligible to appear in the Stenography Test, which will also be qualifying in nature as prescribed in the educational qualification.
UP Police SI Exam Pattern 2025
The UP Police SI exam is online Written exam. Candidates need to clear this stage in order to qualify for the next stage of the selection process. The UP Police SI exam pattern is as follows.
- Those candidates whose applications are found correct will appear in an online written examination of 400 marks,
- It will have a total of 200 questions and the time duration will be 2.30 hours.
- This written examination will have an objective type question paper on the following four subjects:-
